Method of Sale
This auction consists of 2 Tracts Tract 1 - Home on 17.46+/- acres and adjacent 16,115 sq. ft. hilltop lot with older home. Located at 100 Skyline Drive in Newcastle. Tract 3 - 1.7 acre undeveloped commercial tract located on west Main Street in Newcastle. Bids will be taken in "Total US Dollars" for an entire tract. Auctioneer reserves the right to set the minimum acceptable bid. Tracts will be sold separately starting with Tract 1. At some point in the auction, the Auctioneer may "Hold" the bid on Tract 1 and take bids on Tract 3. This is to allow additional time for interested bidders. After bids are taken on Tract 3 the auctioneer will again open bidding and finalize the sale of Tract 1.
