Bidding open Friday May 19 through Wednesday May 24, at 6:00 pm. Successful bidder shall deposit 15% irrevocable earnest money the following business day, the balance due in full within 30 days. Possession upon closing. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.
