This is a fundraising auction for the 2017 International Bison Conference. The conference will take place in Big Sky, Montana on July 3 - 7. All proceeds from this online auction will go to the IBC2017 fund to help offset costs associated with the conference. Bidding opens at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 19 and will begin to close at 6:00 p.m. MDT on Thursday, July 13, 2017. The closing will feature the '"soft close" method, with any bidding activity in the last minute resulting in an additional minute being added to the closing time. This feature gives all interested parties ample time to place their best bids. Winning bidders will be notified by email at the conclusion of the auction. Payment in full will be made after notification and will be made by using the credit card from your registration profile. Details and information will be included in the email notice with your invoice. The winning bidder for Lot 1, a trip for two to Flathead Lake Lodge, will receive a certificate for the trip once payment has been confirmed. The certificate will be redeemable with the Lodge when you contact them to make arrangements for your stay. We will also notify Flathead Lake Lodge with the winning bidder's contact information. The winning bidder for Lot 2, the Reproduction 1874 Sporter No. 3 Rifle, will be responsible for any shipping and FFL fees incurred after the purchase has been confirmed. The rifle is located in Denver, CO and can be shipped, at your expense, to your FFL dealer for pickup. If you are able to pick up the rifle in person, we will work with you on those arrangements.
