Auction Terms & Conditions By bidding on an item in this sale you agree to the following terms. No "Buyer Premium" of any kind. "All Sales Final" EVERYTHING selling "As-Is" without warranty of any kind. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Bidding opens on Wednesday June 14, 2017 at 6AM MDT. Bidding will begin to close on Saturday June 17, 2017 at 5:30 PM MDT. Items available for inspection on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 1 PM to 4 PM MDT and Saturday, June 17, from 10 AM to 1 PM MDT at the Weston County fairgrounds. Watch for signs. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3% swipe fee on credit card payments. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. 6% Wyoming sales tax charged on all items. If you are tax exempt, you must have a current resale form on file with Bradeen Auctions. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout, or sales tax will be charged. No exceptions! You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the registered credit card. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the conclusion of the scheduled settlement at 2:00PM MDT on Monday, June 19, 2017. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3% credit card transaction fee. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation. If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered. ---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION--- Onsite settlement on Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 1 PM - 5 PM MDT and on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 10 AM - 2 PM MDT. Removal at buyers risk & expense, All items are located in a rented facility and must be removed by 2:00 PM MDT on Monday June 19, 2017. If you are unable to settle for and remove your items by this time, additional fees for handling/storage will be incurred. Note that all additional fees are in lieu of a buyer's premium. Shipping services available at buyer's risk and expense. Bradeen Auctions is not responsible for any acts or omissions in regard to handling, packing or shipping. As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by 2:00 PM MDT on Monday June 19, 2017. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---FEES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES--- Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items. If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply. 1.) 3% credit card swipe fee.
