Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding opens on Friday, July 14 2017 at 6:00 AM PDT. Bidding will begin to close on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 6:00 PM PDT. The soft close feature will be used for the closing, with any bidding activity occuring in the final minute of closing resulting in a brief, additional bidding period being available to all bidders. This quality herd will sell as ONE ENTIRE UNIT ONLY! Online bidding will be for dollars PER HEAD, times 66 head. This well established, cared for herd includes: (33) Mature Cows with 2017 caves. Cows are 3 to 15 years old (10) Mature, Exposed Cows, 3 to 15 years old (12) Two Year Old Heifers (7) Yearling Heifers (2) Mature Bulls, 6 and 8 years old (1) Two Year Old Bull (1) Yearlng Bull Any calves born during this time will go to the new owner but no additional charges will be incurred. They will be included in the total count of 66 head x the sale price. Successful bidder shall have through August, 31 2017 to remove bison from the property and will need to supply their own portable corrals and loading facility, as NO FACILITIES are located on this 225+/- acre ranch. Existing exterior fence is excellent, smallest pasture is approximately 60 +/- acres. Bulls run year-round with cows, most cows appear bred, some are short term and/or may calve by sale closing. Cows from original herd may be OCV, the remaining females are non-vaccinates. The herd has never been worked, tagged, vaccinated, etc. in any way, as no facilities exist. This herd has run on free range grass and hay. Upon conclusion of the auction, payment will be required by wire transfer on Tuesday, July 18. Buyer will have access and possession with risk of loss transferring at that time. Seller will feed and water through loadout date at a nominal fee, with Buyer supplied feed. Bison must be removed no later than Friday, August 31, 2017. This herd will be sold "As-Is Where-is" with no guarantees whatsoever. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to check with your home state veterinarian as to import/health requirements as no refund will be given under any circumstances. This fine herd was developed beginning in 1997 and moved from the Crowley Ranch in western South Dakota to Lassen County in 2006. Lindners run a grass only organic operation.
