No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Pre-bidding available beginning on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 6:00 AM MDT. ---PAYMENT--- Checkout will take place at the conclusion of the auction on Friday, July 21, 2017. The successful bidder will be contacted via phone at this time to make payment and pickup arrangements. We accept cash, personal or business checks with proper ID, wire transfers, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee. There will be a 3.25% swipe fee charged on credit and debit card transactions. There is no South Dakota state sales tax charged by Bradeen Auctions for titled vehicles. The vehicles must be paid for in full prior to taking possession. For payments by check or credit card the vehicle's title will be held by Bradeen Auctions for a period up to 14 business days to ensure the payment clears. The buyer can take immediate possession of the title for all payments by cash, certified funds, or wire transfer. You must contact Bradeen Auctions within one (1) business day from the close of bidding by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled auction if payment is other than the registered credit card. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made within one (1) business day from the close of bidding. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.25% credit card transaction fee. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool.
