No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Online bidding opens Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 6:00 AM MDT and will begin to close on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 6:00 PM MDT. ---PAYMENT--- Settlement Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at The Real Estate Center of Custer office, 14 West Mount Rushmore Rd. Custer, SD during normal business hours. (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.25% swipe fee on credit card payments. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles. Vehicle titles will be held and mailed within 14 business days for any payment method other than cash. If paying by cash the buyer will be given the vehicle title on settlement day. If you are tax exempt, you must have a current resale form on file with Bradeen Auctions. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout, or sales tax will be charged. No exceptions! You must contact Bradeen Auctions within one (1) business day from the close of bidding by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the registered credit card. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made within one (1) business day from the close of bidding. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.25% credit card transaction fee. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool.
