Auction Terms & Conditions By bidding on an item in this sale you agree to the following terms. No "Buyer Premium" of any kind. "All Sales Final" EVERYTHING selling "As-Is" without warranty of any kind. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Preview Dates/Times: Property will be available for inspection on Saturday and Sunday, June 16th & 17th from 12 noon to 4 pm each day at both locations. Lot#'s 1 through 213 Located at 1343 Sherman St., Hot Springs, SD - Lot#'s 1076 and Up Located at 13350 Hwy. 40, Keystone, SD. Auction Dates/Times: Online bidding opens Friday, June 15, 2018. Bidding will begin to close on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 4:00PM MDT. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 2 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 3:00 PM MDT. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.25% swipe fee on credit card payments. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles. If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout, or sales tax will be charged. If you cannot attend the settlement in person you will need to print, fill out, & sign the following form. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.25% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation. If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Insert Gun Shipping Information As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES--- Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items. If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply. 1.) 3.25% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. 2.) Minimum $15 handling/storage fee per bidder. Additional handling/storage expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items. 3.) If shipping is required. Actual cost of shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), packaging, and insurance (if requested) will be charged in addition to any handling and storage fees. Purchasing & Shipping Firearms No additional fees for firearms picked up in person on settlement day. You must be a resident of the state of South Dakota to purchase a pistol, or you will need to have the pistol shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer in the state you are a current resident of. All firearms requiring shipping must be shipped to a FFL dealer. You will need to have your dealer provide a copy of their license. Buyer will be responsible for a $30 administrative fee per buyer plus actual cost of ship. Any additional fees charged by the Receiving FFL Dealer are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are in addition to any fees collected by Bradeen Auctions. Plan accordingly before bidding. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 14 days from the auction closing unless storage arrangements have been made. Minimum storage and handling fees still apply. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller. At the discretion of Bradeen Auctions, any bidders who fail to pay in full (including additional fees), or who abandon any items may have their bidding privileges revoked. ***ONLINE AUCTION DISCLAMER*** When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract.
