By bidding on an item in this sale you agree to the following terms. No "Buyer Premium" of any kind. "All Sales Final" EVERYTHING selling "As-Is" without warranty of any kind. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Preview Dates/Times: Property will be available for inspection on Thursday, August 23 & Monday, August 27, 2018 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM each day. Property located at The Crazy Horse Memorial, 12151 Avenue of the Chiefs, 3.5 miles North of Custer, SD. Auction Dates/Times: Online bidding opens Thursday, August 23, 2018. Bidding will begin to close on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 4:00 PM MDT. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 4 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 3.5 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 3:30 PM MDT. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.25% swipe fee on credit card payments. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout, or sales tax will be charged. If you cannot attend the settlement in person you will need to print, fill out, & sign the following form. Mail the completed form to, Bradeen Auctions PO Box 686 Custer, SD 57730 No refunds for tax collected if Certificate of Exemption form received after the scheduled settlement. Please plan accordingly. You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the credit card used for registration. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.25% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation. If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered. ---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION--- Property to be settled for and picked up Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM MDT. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. Shipping services available at buyer's risk and expense through the United States Post Office. Insurance required for the full invoice value of items that are shipped. Bradeen Auctions is not responsible for any acts or omissions in regard to handling, packing or shipping. As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance, boxes, packaging, and other items required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES--- Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items. If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply. 1.) 3.25% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. 2.) Minimum $15 handling fee per bidder. Additional handling expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items. Multiple boxes and/or substantial packaging required to pack fragile items will result in higher handling fees. 3.) Actual cost of shipping (USPS) and insurance (required) will be charged in addition to any handling and storage fees. Cost of shipping can be substantial for large and/or heavy packages. NOTE: The invoice value of items does not factor into the cost of shipping & handling. It is possible to incur shipping & handling fees in excess of what was bid on the items. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 5 business days from the auction closing. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller. At the discretion of Bradeen Auctions, any bidders who fail to pay in full (including additional fees), or who abandon any items may have their bidding privileges revoked. ***ONLINE AUCTION DISCLAMER*** When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason.
