No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. There is NO SHIPPING or transportation for storage of goods available for this auction. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee. All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. $10 doc fee per bidder for titled vehicles. 10 day holding period and doc fee waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles. If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. If you cannot attend the settlement in person you will need to print, fill out completely, sign, & mail the following form. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. There is NO SHIPPING or transportation for storage of goods available for this auction. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given dates. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES--- Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.
