Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee. All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. $10 doc fee per bidder for titled vehicles. 10 day holding period and doc fee waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement. If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Property Settlement & Pickup: All items must be settled for and picked up at the residence, 11 Greenhouse RD, Newcastle, WY, Thursday Oct. 1st between 10:00am & 3:00pm No Exceptions. No shipping available for this auction. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. No Shipping for this Auction! As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given dates. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES--- Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.
