Auction Terms & Conditions By bidding on an item in this sale you agree to the following terms. No "Buyer Premium" of any kind. "All Sales Final" EVERYTHING selling "As-Is" without warranty of any kind. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Preview Dates/Times: Property will be available for inspection on Wednesday, Dec. 23, and Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 from 12pm to 2pm each day. Property at Custer Co. Highway shop, 2 miles south of Custer on Hwy. 385. (25365 US Hwy 385, Custer, SD). Auction Dates/Times: Online bidding opens Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020. Bidding will begin to close on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020 at 5:00pm MST. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 1 lot per minute until all items have sold. Any bidding on a lot within the final 2 minutes will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional 2 minutes until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 4:30pm MST. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee. All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. 10 day holding period waved for cash payment, wire transfer, or certified funds. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items, except for titled vehicles. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation. If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered. ---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION--- Settlement will be from 9am-12noon at the Bradeen Auction Facility, 14 West Mt. Rushmore Rd., Custer, SD. After items are settled for, property may be picked up at Custer Co. Highway shop, 2 miles south of Custer on Hwy. 385. (25365 US Hwy 385, Custer, SD). Loading assistance will be available including docks, ramps, equipment, etc. Removal requested within 5 days. No Shipping Services Offered. As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items within 5 days from settlement. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 5 days from settlement unless short term storage arrangements have been made. Storage and handling fees may apply. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller.
