"All Sales Final" EVERYTHING selling "As-Is" without warranty of any kind. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions and the Custer YMCA reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Friday Dec. 3rd and begins to close at 5:00 pm MT, Wednesday Dec. 8th, 2021 ---PAYMENT--- All Checks will be made payable to Custer YMCA, Cash will be accepted also at Settlement, Friday, Dec. 10th, 2021. There will be NO availability to process Credit Cards of any type and NO SHIPPING for this auction. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. No payments will be accepted at Bradeen Auctions, as this is a benefit auction, Bradeen Auctions is acting as a facilitator of the online bidding process only. Custer YMCA will have invoices to provided to you for the collection of your winning bids. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered. ---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION--- Property Settlement & Pickup: All items must be settled for and picked up Friday, Dec. 10th between 10:00am & 3:00 pm at the Custer Senior Center-Rotary Room, 538 Mt Rushmore Rd, Custer, SD. There is NO CREDIT CARD payment, NO SHIPPING, and NO TRANSPORTATION of goods for this auction. Please contact Meg Schwartz at 605-673-3635 with any questions. As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given dates. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES--- Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 7 business days from the auction closing unless alternate arrangements have been made. Minimum storage and handling fees may still apply. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller.
