Auction Terms & Conditions By bidding on an item in this sale you agree to the following terms. No "Buyer Premium" of any kind. "All Sales Final" EVERYTHING selling "As-Is" without warranty of any kind. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Preview Dates/Times: Property will be available for inspection auction day only. Property located at 1 North 5th Avenue, Belle Fourche, SD. Auction Dates/Times: Online bidding opens Wednesday, Sept. 21st. Live online webcast bidding for the 67+/- cataloged Vehicles, Trailers, & Equipment will begin at 12:00 Noon MST. Must be present to bid on any additional items not included in the Online Catalog. ---ONLINE BIDDING--- During live webcast bidding, bids recognized by the Auctioneer take precedence over all other bids. Due to the slight time delay (1-3 seconds) inherent in live online bidding, it is not uncommon for the Auctioneer to recognize a live floor bidder over an online bidder if both bids are placed simultaneously. In the event this does occur, the floor bidder recognized by the Auctioneer is forced into the winning position and the online bidder will no longer be recognized as the winning bidder at that price. The online bidder will then be required to bid the new asking price amount to move into the winning position. Bid Early So You Don't Miss Out! ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) with 3.75% swipe fee up to $500 maximum, or wire transfer (wiring instructions provided upon request, all wire transfers include a $10 fee). Cash and personal check payments accepted on auction day up until the conclusion of the sale. After that time, only payment by credit card, certified check, or wire transfer will be accepted. All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. 10 day holding period waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except for titled vehicles. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation. If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered. ---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION--- Online Bidder Payment - No later than 5:00 PM MST Thursday, September 29th.
