The former Star Academy Administration Building & Auditorium Annex, and 2 Hospital Wings will be Imploded in the near future! Current owners, Mark and Kim Nielsen of Nielsen Enterprises are offering, at online public Auction, the opportunity to attend AND “Push the Plunger” on one of 3 implosions that will raze these historic old buildings! All proceeds will be split amongst the following worthy Custer area causes; -Friends of Custer County Search and Rescue -Operation Black Hills Cabin -Southern Black Hills Realtors for Kids Terms and Conditions: Online bidding on one, two, or three separate “Blasts” will close Thursday December 15, 2022, with the Blasts to happen in the very near future! "All Sales Final" EVERYTHING selling "As-Is" without warranty of any kind. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Property located at 12279 Brady Dr., Custer SD. ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Friday, Dec. 9th and begins to close at 6:00pm MT, Thursday Dec. 15th, 2022. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 3 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 3:30pm MT. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. Cash, card and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the credit card used for registration. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items expept currency and titled lots. If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. If you cannot attend the settlement in person you will need to print, fill out completely, sign, & mail the following form.
