Please read the following procedure carefully, the Auctioneers - Brokers will answer any questions you may have prior to the opening bid. 1. To become a qualified bidder you must register and obtain a bidder's number. Property will be offered as follows: Please refer to the computer screen listing lot numbers, amount bid, bidder #, and "Hold"/"Sold columns throughout the course of the auction. All bids placed will be in US dollars PER LOT, multiplied by the number of lots chosen. 2. Seven separate auctions will essentially be conducted to complete the sale of the Trails Creek property as follows: Group1 "Creekside" consisting of 5 lots, Group 2 "Border Estates" with 10 lots, Group 3 "South Perimeter" with 8 lots, Group 4 "West Ditch" with 7 lots, Group 5 "East Ditch" with 6 lots, Group 6 "North Perimeter" with 13 lots, and Group 7 "Park Lots" with 19 lots.
