We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) with 3.75% swipe fee up to $500 maximum, or wire transfer (wiring instructions provided upon request, all wire transfers include a $10 fee).
Cash and personal check payments accepted on auction day up until the conclusion of the sale. After that time, only payment by credit card, certified check, or wire transfer will be accepted.
All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. 10 day holding period waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement.
South Dakota sales tax waived for all benefit items.

---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---
Online Bidder Payment - No later than 3:00 PM MDT Saturday, April 29th. Wire transfer information available upon request. Invoice must be paid in full (funds received by Bradeen Auctions) before loadout. Paid invoice by email.
Simulcast bidders may stop by the Bradeen Auction offices Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm the following week to pick up their won lots.

As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.
All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.
Shipping of goods by Bradeen Auctions is available as determined by lot at buyers expense, please keep this in mind prior to bidding. Small, easy and cost effective shipping lots can most always be accommodated. Larger items, cost prohibitive items will need to be considered prior to bidding.
***Shipping Note*** We will gladly work with the shipping provider of your choice to deliver specific items to them if special circumstances exist. Please understand that this will need to be arranged by the winning bidder at their own expense. Insurance is highly recommended, Bradeen Auctions will not be responsible for any delays or damages involved in shipping.
Our process for shipping is that we will charge your card for the purchase price plus tax and credit card fees on the day of settlement. After that we collect your items and bring them back to Custer for shipping. Our shipper usually is scheduled to get these ready the week following the auction. Once they are packaged and ready for post, we charge your card a second time for the shipping & handling and email you a receipt with the tracking information. Please be patient during the shipping time frame, keep in mind that we generally do not have the items on site and have to retrieve them from the seller's location and bring them back before they can be prepared for shipping to the winning bidder.
